Our classic Upside Down pie features provolone cheese and FRESH hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and EVOO. We add our red sauce fresh on the dough (no pre-simmer) to preserve the flavors and allow it to cook naturally with the crust in the oven!
